Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at a modern, self-catering apartment just down the road with a smart TV and separate air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom. The rooms were quite and very clean, although the bedding could be cleaner. They were on the same floor as reception, well-sized, with good wardrobe space, and a lovely en suite with a good shower.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean with a nice view, but unfortunately had a terrible smell that lingered despite efforts to freshen the air. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with communication and transportation of equipment. The location was optimal, central, and perfect for exploring the city, but accessing the lift with heavy luggage was a bit challenging. The dining experience was good overall, with hot meals available, but not exceptional. The facilities were good, although some improvements could be made.
The hotel excels in comfort and cleanliness, offering a great shower and lovely views in nicely furnished rooms. The friendly and helpful service enhances the experience, although some minor improvements could be made in the dining options. The location is superb for exploring the city, but lackluster dining could be a downside.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. While some noise from the neighboring rooms and corridor traffic was a disturbance, the overall experience was positive with friendly service and a central location. The dining options were satisfactory, and the rooms were comfortable despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of a pull-out chair.
The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean and fresh, though there were frequent blackouts on the first night. Make sure to request a room with a view and ample natural light. The service is friendly and cordial, and the location is perfect for exploring the main attractions of old Madrid. The dining options are extensive and hosted in a nearby cafe.
My stay at Hostal Cervelo was perfect for our 4-day trip to Madrid. The rooms, though not large, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The natural light in the room was great during the day, and the view from the window was lovely.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the main Madrid attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, although noisy due to their position on Atocha street, were well-furnished and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and ready to assist, enhancing the overall experience. On the downside, the dining options were limited, with basic offerings that may not fully satisfy guests. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodations at a good value.
The hotel is centrally located with clean and quiet rooms equipped with a smart TV, separate air conditioners, kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff is very helpful and informative, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dining options, though limited, provide delicious meals for a good start to the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its convenient amenities.
My stay at the hotel offered mixed experiences. The room was basic but functional, and the location was superb for exploring Madrid. However, the service left much to be desired with some inconveniences. The dining options were decent but required extra effort to reach. Overall, a reasonable choice with room for improvement.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfy, but some had old furniture and a strange smell. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Lizbeth who went out of her way to assist. The dining experience offered a good variety of options but could be improved. Overall, a convenient choice with friendly service.
I felt right at home in this hotel with its apartment-style rooms featuring a living room, kitchen, and a lovely terrace with stunning views. However, the shared toilet and shower may not be for everyone.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the very center of Madrid with easy access to the historic center, touristic stops, and metro stations. The rooms were simple but sufficient, clean, and functional, offering a nice view of the city. Despite being a bit noisy at night due to street noise, the overall stay was pleasant.
